Technical description and specifications of the Remol-2 motor oil additive.
The Remol-2 additive for motor oil was developed at the request of the Ministry of Automotive Industry. It underwent years of testing on gasoline and diesel internal combustion engines.
Remol-2 belongs to the class of remetalizers.
Remol-2 is not an additive, as it does not change the physicochemical properties of the oil, does not disrupt the structure of metals and rubber products.
Remol-2 is absolutely safe for the engine, highly effective as a repair and restoration tool and as a preventive measure against wear.
PRINCIPLE OF ACTION
After the injection of Remol-2 and the engine startup, additive particles are immediately delivered by the motor oil to all friction pairs without exception. Under the influence of temperature and mechanical contact in the friction zones, Remol-2 particles form a metallic bond with the surfaces of the parts, where they replenish worn areas, seal microcracks (thus stopping their further growth), smooth the surface, and create overlapping protective layers.
The protective layers created by the remetalizer Remol-2 have self-renewing properties. This occurs due to particles that continue to circulate freely with the motor oil. Worn areas of the protective layer are restored by new particles.
Thus, the wear process is transferred from the surfaces of the parts to the surfaces of the self-healing protective layers.
EFFECT OF ACTION
Remetalizer Remol-2 restores the geometric dimensions of friction surfaces of the most loaded engine parts, such as the main and connecting rod bearings of the crankshaft, the bearing journals of the camshaft, compression rings, and cylinder walls.

IN BEARING PAIRS This leads to an increase in oil pressure, a reduction in background noise, and a decrease in vibration.
IN PISTON PAIRS This leads to an increase in compression by 10-40% while leveling across the cylinders, which results in the restoration of engine power, a decrease in fuel consumption, and a reduction in oil consumption due to burning.
As a result of using Remol-2, almost all parameters return to normal. Some of them can be monitored with instruments, while the state of others can be assessed by indirect signs.
The Remetalizant Remol-2 is advisable to use with every oil change, at all stages of engine operation, except during the break-in period.
The graph shows that the use of Remol-2 at earlier stages of operation allows for a greater increase in the engine's resource.
The high efficiency of Remol-2 is related to the unique sizes of its particles of 0.0008 — 0.09 microns, (which is tens of times smaller than other remetallicants). As a result, their activity significantly increases, ensuring their effect on a molecular level.
This allows them to act as a catalyst (the presence of even a very small amount of Remol-2 particles in the combustion chamber causes a more complete combustion of fuel, especially in the area close to the cylinder walls, where under normal conditions the fuel does not burn completely). This effect enables HIGH FUEL SAVINGS.
The cost of the saved fuel is several times higher than the cost of the drug itself.
Also, in the presence of Remol-2 particles, carbon monoxide (CO) turns into carbon dioxide (CO2). Tests fully confirmed this. Literally 30 minutes after the application of Remol-2, the CO level decreased by 3 to 5 times!!! The CH level decreased by 2 to 3 times!!!
CLEANING EFFECT
Even in a cleaned engine, there are carbon deposits formed as a result of the oil film transforming under high temperatures. Remol-2 removes these deposits through catalytic combustion, which are then washed away by the motor oil. With regular use of Remol-2, the engine will be cleaned, and the oil will stay clean for a longer time.
The table provides an approximate value, as the condition of two identical engines with the same operating time can vary significantly. An overdose exceeding the required amount of Remol — 2 several times — will only lead to a more pronounced positive effect.
